At Global Fashion Network, “Quality Concern for Everyone” is the guiding motto for our workforce of more than 1,550 dedicated professionals.
We implement strict Quality Control Procedures at every stage of production to ensure excellence and compliance with international standards. From the selection of yarn to knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packaging, each process is carefully scrutinized and controlled.
Our garments undergo rigorous testing to ensure that dyed fabrics are free from harmful substances and meet all global specifications and requirements.
This commitment to quality not only guarantees superior products but also reflects our responsibility toward customers, employees, and the environment.
DESIGNE & SAMPALING SECTION
We have a state-of-the-art design studio equipped with..
3-dimensional fit simulation software for virtual fitting and draping of the garment created using CAD patterns. The measurements of the fit model and garment spec are given by the client. This helps us speed up our approval process, view colour combinations to near perfection, and interact with customers online or via video conferencing. The software also lets you view how the products will look even before they are made.
Graphic Design and Forecasting. We have an in-house dedicated design team to do research on print graphics/embroidery and printing techniques of Speciality Garment washes. We have been closely monitoring global seasonal requirements through our market intelligence network through online subscriptions of international services. We also have a team of graphic Artists for all hand-created designs.
KNITTING SECTION
Bangladesh is a global leader in knitwear, driven by a highly efficient “Knit Composite” model where yarn is transformed into finished garments within a single facility.
1. The Production Flow
Knitting: High-speed Circular machines produce bulk fabric (body), while Flatbed machines create collars and cuffs.
Processing: The “grey fabric” undergoes dyeing, chemical finishing, and compacting to control shrinkage and GSM.
Assembly: Fabric is precision-cut and moved to sewing lines for final construction.
PRINTING SECTION
Printing is one of our chief strengths. Equipped with two rotary printing machines, we produce innovative and trendy designs in pigment, reactive, and discharge up to 10 colours with engineered repeat options. All Over Rotary Printing capacity – 12 Tonnes/day
Our garment spot printing division facilitates pigment and Plastizol prints on Sroke, Askme, MHM machines from Austria, Portugal, Taiwan, and India. We are also capable of thermal transfer printing, flock printing, and specialized prints using the latest print techniques as Sublimation Printing and Digital Printing. Our printing machines are capable of creating trendy and delicate designs, and it is one of our biggest fortes.
CUTTING SECTION
Our Cutting Section is Fully Organized and Well Equipped. Our Cutting In-Charge is Skilled and has sound knowledge about Garments. That’s why he handles his Section successfully. He is Capable of cutting Critical Design/Item. In this regard factory didn’t face any problem from cutting to Sewing.
EMBROIDERY SECTION
Our embroidery divisions have sophisticated Japanese and German machines using CAD/CAM designing, which enable mass scale execution of intricate embroidery in up to 9 colours with Laser cut & Sequence, with the latest technology.
SWEING SECTION
The Sewing Section is the heart of production, transforming cut fabric pieces into finished garments using various industrial machines (like single/multi-needle, chain stitch) in organized assembly lines (often S-shaped) with skilled operators, focusing on efficiency, quality control (checking stitches, seams, defects), and line balancing to meet targets, crucial for Bangladesh’s status as a leading apparel exporter.
QUALITY CONTROL SECTION
Quality Concern for Everyone” is the motto for more than 650 Work Force. Quality Control Procedures are carried out the every stage during production. Right from the selection of Yarn to Knitting, Dyeing, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Packaging of Final Products, each process is scrutinized and controlled to ensure Our Garments and tested for Harmful substances in Dyed Fabrics to the specifications and Requirements of International Standards.
FINISHING SECTION
Our Finishing Section is well organized and well-equipped. Our Finishing In-Charge is also Skilled And has Sound Knowledge about Garments. Finishing In-Charge also knows how to operate the Finishing Section and get good Quality Get-up & Finishing of Garments. Our Finishing In-Charge is always giving information & finding out problems of Garments, which helps the Cutting & Sewing section to make good quality garments
